Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Poolavi (operated by PIO SOAPS LTD). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom are typically 5 to 12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is offered, please note that any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email (where available) so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@poolavi.com and we will investigate with the courier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.
